The Elites POS system extracts customer and product information, including account codes, names, addresses, payment terms, and prices, as well as stock levels and pricing details, from Sage 1000 and syncs it with tills. The tills can operate online or offline in case of network or internet disruptions. The EPOS can perform sales and refunds, inquire about customer accounts or products, accept payments on account, and perform other transactions that are immediately sent back to Sage 1000 to be processed as invoices and cash batches. Automated system rules enable the EPOS to make decisions regarding invoice posting and order status, such as stock availability and whether orders are open, dispatched, or fully invoiced.
